Strategic Storytelling is a crucial tool in getting your message heard and intentionally using compelling stories that will inspire your listeners to take action. A story is the only way to activate certain parts in the brain so that a listener turns the story into their own idea and experience. Storytelling is a collaborative effort between the teller and listener; stories build trust and unlock passion because they connect the head to the heart. Strategic stories are a bridge between ideas or information and the feelings that inspire us to action.
Virtual training combines lecture and slides with interactive participation both individually and in small groups. Strategic Storytelling is designed for business, community and municipal leaders who want to connect with audiences in a powerful and compelling way. is a theatre artist and the founding director of New Hampshire Theatre Project, an applied theatre company based in Portsmouth, NH. She has performed, directed and taught performing arts and public speaking for over forty years throughout the United States, Europe and Hong Kong. Genevieve has taught public speaking and community leadership at the University of New Hampshire and Great Bay Community College, is an affiliate consultant with The Woodland Group and the Brown Center at UNH, and has worked with numerous corporate and individual business clients in presentation skills, public speaking, business storytelling, conflict resolution, team management, and leadership.
