
Resident Artist Teddi May Kenick-Bailey is a NH-based theatre artist, actress, and Kripalu yoga instructor. Teddi has been creating with NHTP for five years and is thrilled to join the company as a resident artist, with a focus on The Elephant-In-The-Room Series®. Both on stage and behind the scenes, Teddi has been on the “EITR” team since the project’s conception. She is passionate about using applied theatre, creative arts, and the power of mindful conversation to affect social change, and hopes to continue to build connections and help the series reach broader audiences. NHTP gives Teddi a space to connect her passions of theatre and activism, and she is delighted to watch the company as it grows to fill our society’s ever-growing need for meaningful, mind-opening art. The Crucible, for which she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress by New Hampshire Spotlight On The Arts. She has also performed with a multitude of companies around New England including work with Theatre Kapow!, Seacoast Repertory Theater, Neoteric Dance Collaborative, The Firehouse Theater, and ImprovBoston. In 2013 she joined the Dorks in Dungeons improv group with whom she performed and toured the US and Canada for three years.
