Mike lives in Hampton Falls with his wife, Maureen.  His business Michael R. Hastings Associates provides business process consultancy for small and medium-sized companies who are experiencing business challenges. Improving operational efficiencies and moving businesses to the “next level” is the company goal.  Mike is an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of New Hampshire, Durham and Southern New Hampshire University, SNHU. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and a Master of Business Administration {MBA} from Anna Maria College, Paxton, Ma.  Mike is a long time Trustee of the Helen F. Batchelder Scholarship Fund in Hampton Falls. The Fund provides scholarships for Hampton Falls students to encourage them in their pursuit of postsecondary education.  NHTP’s mission of providing “a nurturing professional environment for youth, artists and community members to be inspired and transformed through the art of theatre” fits well with Mike’s commitment to give back to the NH Seacoast community.
