A Portsmouth resident, husband, father, and owner of a springer spaniel, Frank grew up on the South Shore of Massachusetts, fell in love with the Seacoast and his wife-to-be as an undergraduate at UNH in the 80’s. Following his graduate studies at the Boston Architectural Center (now Boston Architectural College) and her MD from Georgetown University the two returned in 1994 to make the Seacoast their home.
An avid blue water sailor, painter and guitar enthusiast, Frank operates Shearwater Architecture & Design- a boutique design firm offering residential design services from custom homes, to custom furniture. He’s fiercely committed to the arts in education and has been a member of the NHTP board since 2014.
