provides a welcoming environment for youth, artists, and community members to
experience self-discovery and growth through the art and process of theatre.
Annika has been a member of the NHTP Youth Repertory Company since 2013. She played the title role inThe Sheriff of Nottingham, Officer Brophy in Arsenic & Old Lace, Mr. Papillon in Rhinoceros, Emilia & Autolycus inThe Winter's Tale, Marie Leroux in Is He Dead? and Gwendolyn Fairfax in The Importance of Being Earnest. She also appeared in a number of Scene Study and Teen Theatre Camp performances. Annika will be attending Warren Wilson College in North Carolina, pursuing a major in Botany. I’ve grown up with NHTP- it’s hard to find an aspect of my life that it hasn’t affected. It’s a place I feel welcome, where I can always find a familiar face, and a place where I am pushed to grow and learn. I’ve loved working with a group of true individuals, who, despite our uniqueness, form a cohesive team. All the energy we put into a production is reflected directly back. We can always see the results of our hard work.
