provides a welcoming environment for youth, artists, and community members to
experience self-discovery and growth through the art and process of theatre.
Corrie has been a member of the NHTP Youth Repertory Company since 2012. She played Dan and Andromache in The Detention Club, Robin in Two Gentlemen of Verona, Aunt Abby in Arsenic & Old Lace, Daisy in Rhinoceros, the Wicked Witch in An Oz Story, Paulina in The Winter's Tale, and Cecile Leroux in Is He Dead? She also appeared as Midas' Daughter & other ensemble roles in the NHTP MainStage production of Metamorphoses, co-wrote An Oz Story, and interned with the Junior Repertory Company. Corrie will be attending Oberlin College for Theatre & Education next year. NHTP has been such a wonderful community for me for so long now. It’s helped me discover and develop some of my most important skills. However, it is also a haven where kindness and compassion are central and everyone’s voices are heard and celebrated. This has given me confidence on stage as well as in life. I love that there are many opportunities and students can participate in the summer or help out with Junior Rep depending on their interests. Overall, I think NHTP is an incredible, tight-knit yet welcoming community that sponsors both individual growth and ensemble experiences. And I will really miss it a lot.
