Youth Programs Ages 7-17

Session One for Middle School Students:  Tuesdays, 5:00-6:30 pm
Sept 17 thru Oct 29, Performances Nov 1 & 2

In Sketch Comedy Club, students will work as a group to write and perform their own original skits to be showcased in front of a live audience.  Three sessions will be offered throughout the year for middle and high school students.

Session One:  Sept 30 - Nov 4, Performances Nov 8 & 9

Ages 7 - 11,  Mondays 4:00 - 5.30 pm
Ages 12 - 14, Wednesdays 4:00 - 5.30 pm
Ages 15 - 17, Thursdays 5:00 - 6.30 pm
 

In six-week sessions, Theatremakers will dive into a creative process similar to our professional company in MainStage Productions. They will develop characters, interpret text, form bonds with their fellow makers, find passion in acting, writing, and/or design and learn how to share their work with an audience. Divided into three age groups, the Theatremakers will explore performance skills, grow confidently as individuals and socialize with their collaborators at a level that is right for them.
