Originally commissioned by NH Businesses for Social Responsibility, Courageous Conversations features videos illustrating workplace meetings and community gatherings where people have to discuss uncomfortable DEI topics. It also includes monologues focusing on different individual viewpoints. Each video is followed by facilitated group discussions. The goal of Courageous Conversations is not to promote any single focus or ideology, but to build awareness around all the different points of view that need to be included in community conversations.

Thanks to you and your talented actors for bringing these challenging workplace scenes into (our program). My small group had a very good discussion about how to navigate these issues and the wonderful acting seemed like we were eavesdropping into actual employee conversations.
