COVID-19 PATRON GUIDELINES AND

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

As the number of COVID-19 transmissions continues to rise, we are grateful for your help in keeping our staff, artists and community members safe.  New Hampshire Theatre Project is following guidelines agreed to by all theaters in the NH Professional Theatre Association along with current federal and state recommendations.

Attending an in-person program at NHTP:

  • All patrons must show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within the past 3 days to enter the building . Children under 12 are exempt from this policy.

  • Masks are required at all times in the building

  • Patrons will be seated one group at a time, and exit in the same manner.

  • No concessions or refreshments will be sold. 

  • Please keep all personal belongings with you at all times.

  • Please practice social distancing as much as possible.

  • If you are feeling sick, have symptoms of COVID -19, or if you have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home!

What are we doing to keep patrons safe?

  • We are following guidance from the CDC, state of New Hampshire and the NH Professional Theatre Association.

  • We’ve upgraded our HVAC system with Merv-13 air filters.

  • The theater will be professionally cleaned before each production, and also cleaned thoroughly between performances. All common surfaces, including seats, will be cleaned between performances.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available to patrons at all times.

  • All staff and performing artists are fully vaccinated.

  • We will be reassessing often and adjusting protocols as needed.

What if I am not able to attend on the night of the performance?

  • Ticket purchases are not refundable but can be credited as a donation. Please leave a message at 603-431-6644.
