The theme for this year’s incredibly popular camp will be "Strangers in a Strange Land" - exploring issues of inclusion and exclusion through comedy and drama, with both improvised and written texts. Campers work together to write and perform an ensemble show drawn from participants’ own personal life stories and social issues. Past Teen Camps have featured original scripts like Waiting for Goofman and The Grand Opening of the West End Diner, as well as Real Life Heroes, Vaudeville, Alternative History, Memories & Myths, Sherlock Holmes, Comedy Through the Ages, Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night and A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Dumas’ The Three Musketeers. Participants will learn acting skills along with intensive vocal and physical techniques. Campers meet weekdays from 10 am to 4 pm. Final performances will be presented Friday, July 12 and Saturday, July 13 at 7 pm
